The Regional Marketing Specialist will have a crucial role as someone who duals in the knowledge of the technical components of products and services, as well as understand how to work to make them appeal to customers. This position will work closely with internal and external personnel to properly depict the technical / engineered side of the product(s) or service(s).

Sensata is seeking a Regional Marketing Specialist. The Regional Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing and implementing lead generation plans and programs supporting Sensing Solutions Business (SSB) Industrial business development and growth.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 

You will be responsible for end to end funnel management activities to drive new pipeline and conversions. You will align closely with sales to identify areas of priority. 

Achieve sales targets, take execution responsibility for sales activities in part of the group 

Plan, build and execute Sensing and Controls product marketing plan to deliver high impact, integrated campaigns to generate qualified leads, sales pipeline and market awareness in target segments Collaborate with the key stakeholders to understand the market landscape and sales priorities in order to develop effective programs and tools 

Aligning to product marketing and utilizing global contents, develop localized contents to support local go-to-market strategy 

Execute regional field marketing events, manage and develop local sales tools, and support sales enablement initiative 

Plan and execute regional channel marketing program aligning to partner and partner sales

Lead planning, development and execution of local case studies with our local customers across all focus industry segment. 

Monitor competitive landscapes, market trends/threats, opportunities to promote

Principal responsibilities 

Business Development :

Perform detailed analysis and routine reporting of regional revenue 

Collect and analyze sales data by monthly/quarterly 

Create periodical sales achievement by product group 

Review all engineering products sales inquiry and support to create proper sales quotation 

Support newly developed segment sales activity 

Market Analysis:

Conduct competitor product analysis and generate marketing statistics to assist with business analysis and planning 

Map the local market requirement as input for the product development process 

Analysis of Target market, Target segment, market trends and development of business opportunities 

Marketing Support :

Product portfolio management with key application 

Making pricing strategy and implement 

Create local version sales related technical documents and mange GBP 

Prepare and support product launch to the market

Experience & Qualifications

Knowledge and skill requirements

Bachelors’ degree in Marketing, or equivalent work experience with 7 years+ in Business / Marketing

Experience with Salesforce.com

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal and cross-function teamwork skills and organizational skills 

Strong business acumen, superb knowledge of marketing best practices 

Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks 

A result-oriented individual who thrives working in a fast-paced environment 

High energy, team player with the desire to team and grow 

Learning agility and strong passion for growth

Strong personal and professional ethical values and integrity. 

Holds self-accountable to achieving goals and standards 

Must be a team player able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to handle multiple competing tasks and demands. 
