Sensata Technologies, Inc. Staffing Supervisor in Tijuana, Mexico
As Staffing Supervisor we are looking for a professional with strong competencies to undertake a variety of challenges such as Find, Attract, Select, Hire & Retain the best talent for our Tijuana's plants.
The goal is to ensure that staffing requirements are always met in terms of time, candidate quality and correct process tracking.
Proven experience coordinating Recruitment & Selection activities in a manufacturing company, preferably Automotive / Aerospace (at least 5 years)
Management and Coordination of Direct (Massive-Continous) and Indirect Vacancies
Experience in Team Administration and Development
Experience working in plants with HeadCount higher than 1000 people
Knowledge about staffing policies, procedures and best practices
General knowledge in Compensations and Benefits area
General knowledge of HR processes and their implications with Federal Law
Good English level
Knowledge about manufacturing metrics and KPI's
Previous experience working with some HR ERP- Workday, Taleo, Peoplesoft, Tress, etc.
Complete people requirements for the plant in number, profile, time and technical knowledge
Usage and domain of different recruitment sources - Linked In, OCC, Empleo Nuevo, Local events, etc.
Support the complete cycle of interviews at all levels (Operational, Technical, Professional, etc)
Management of interviews by competences
Coordinate/Create/Maintain agreements with different affinity groups and Universities
Ensure the Process Management trough our internal system (Workday)
Prepare and submit meetings and reports about staffing operations
Push for results
Effective team management
Excellent Negotiation skills
Good communication skills
