To perform the wafer probe test and final test processes within Swindon Production Test Department. Work within a team reporting the Production Manager to achieve production deliveries within the company procedures.

  • Setup wafer probe & final test based on test schedule supplied and ensure throughput and yield targets are met.

  • To complete the final test of devices as necessary, including burn in and qualification.

  • To monitor all production equipment, including auxiliary equipment, static check equipment, N2, vacuum and air supply etc. for faults, safety, efficiency and quality. To report faults and monitor that they are resolved.

  • Receiving of all Production and Engineering material into Swindon using the ERP system (FSM).

  • To operate the ERP system, including but not limited to, creating test orders, receipt of assembly orders.

  • Shipping of all tested product, wafers and integrated circuits, to assembly and tape & reel suppliers.

  • Manage stock levels of consumables, alerting test floor manager when supplies are low.

  • Be responsible for day to day activities with external tape and reel suppliers.

  • Support internal tape and reel suppliers.

  • Manage customer shipments for both internal and external Sensata sites, creating shipping documentation and supporting external sites whenever necessary.

  • To diagnose and aid resolution of test setup problems for internal test and wafer probe, in conjunction with the relevant departments in Swindon.

  • To liaise with internal and external departments within Sensata as required, resolve queries, and prepare for, and participate in meetings.

  • Support Sensata test sites in the use of Swindon software, such as FSM.

  • Support Sensata sites with creation and completion of Production documentation
