Seeking a professional to provide support to the sales, pricing and category management team. This position will oversee and manage various tasks assigned to achieve objectives in sales and customer satisfaction. We are a results based business and as a team rely on each member to become an expert in their area. The right candidate must have a strong drive to succeed in their position with a strong sense of ‘Team’. Pricing and analytical support providing actionable insights that will drive growth will be a primary focus.

Detailed Posting Description

• Prepare price analysis and recommendations for market price adjustments to drive growth

• Compile data to provide analysis, recommendations & problem solving for complex issues relating to pricing impact across multiple categories and channels

• Work closely with sales to develop customer quotations

• Prepare and upload price change files

• Validate price files

• Aid in market research related to price changes

• Gather and summarize data from multiple sources to complete reports & special projects

• Maintain database to ensure integrity within the system

• Maintain monthly/quarterly price scrape data

• Responsible for Oracle price file maintenance, including adding/deleting parts, changing prices & archiving expired pricing

• Compile miscellaneous reports

• General administrative duties

• Other various tasks as assigned

Job Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Business Mgmt., Accounting/Finance or related field

• 3 years minimum pricing experience or previous analyst experience

• Automotive Aftermarket experience a plus

• Must be able to work independently within a strong team environment

• Strong analytical and problem solving skills

• Experience in Data compilation and Visualization with exceptional eye for detail

• Excellent computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Very strong in Excel & experience with Access and Power BI preferred)

• ERP/Oracle experience preferred

• Capable and interested in learning new computer software

• Strong verbal and written communication skills (English must, German plus)

• Strong time management and organization skills and the ability to handle multiple projects, set priorities, plan and adapt

• General administrative skills
