General Responsibilities

  • Manages relationships with durable service providers and internal teams such as design engineers, customer service and logistics

  • Act as the only point of contact for the management of contracts and escalations, both by the company's internal teams and by the permanent suppliers themselves

  • Identification of opportunities for operational and financial improvements and active pursuit of financial efficiency and savings

  • Participates in the planning and implementation of projects, related to durables (for example Oracle settings for customer requirement, customer returnable packaging requirements

  • Manages the budget for durable goods ordering, requesting, etc.

  • Rationalization of existing ongoing processes and communications with internal clients (customer service, product management team, finance, logistics suppliers and company plants).

Experience / Qualifications

  • Bachelor or Master degree of Logistics, Transportation, Supply or similar area

  • 3+ years of proven experience or knowledge in the field of logistics / transport

  • Proactive planning, organizing and setting priorities for achieving results

  • Analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail

  • Ability to work in team

  • Good English language ability in reading, writing and speaking is a must

  • Strong communication skills and history of influencing at all levels of an organization

  • Excellent computer skills (Excel, Access, Power Point).
