The IT Engineering Systems Professional will assists in the design, develop, test, and implementation of engineering applications. The candidate provides technical support for incoming queries and issues related to existing applications and sees problems through to resolution. Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates business processes, user needs, and technology opportunities and limitations, and provides a detailed description of requirements and steps required to develop and implement solutions.
Key participant on a team for configuration, security, performance analysis, and tuning as well as routine maintenance
Collaborates, designs and develops processes and documented procedures to maintain and administer Active Directory and messaging environments
Key participant in the IT team to design, plan, execute and support messaging integration/migration projects as part of acquisition or divesture activities
Key participant in the analysis, specification gathering, and quoting of IT infrastructure solutions
Experience / Qualifications
A university degree and 2-4 years of experience (i.e. Bachelors degree) or a graduate degree and 0-2 years of experience (i.e. Masters degree)
