Sensata Technologies, Inc. Inside Sales Specialist in Sofia, Bulgaria

We are looking for an Inside sales representative who will work closely with customers to find what they want, create solutions and ensure a smooth sales process. An inside sales representative will work to find new sales leads, through business campaigns, client referrals, trade shows etc. An ISR will ensure a close and productive relationship with the outside Sales team and management. Inside sales reps should have a "close the deal" mind-set, be able to work independently but also part of a team, well organized and solution oriented.

Primary responsibilities include:

Sales management: manage day to day sales activities with accounts allocated to you, prepare quotations, maintain price lists, provide after-sales support and sales figures analysis. Assist Area Sales Managers in key account handling;

Internal coordination: work closely with the wider Sales, Marketing, Technical and Customer Service departments as well as senior management in order to ensure smooth interface between the Organization and external customers; participate and/or lead medium-scale commercial projects related to M&A integrations, chain management and logistics

CRM management: work intensively with the commercial CRM tool (Salesforce) to ensure proper and accurate maintenance of accounts and new business opportunities. Prepare reports and dashboards based on predefined KPIs (leading and lagging indicators).

Lead generation: Proactively contact prospects and acquire new clients. Build and expand relationships with existing and potential customers and seek to “design in” the company’s current and future technology to customers’ products.

Key Requirements:

A Bachelors or Master’s degree level in Business or Engineering

2-5 years of relevant commercial experience in an international environment; industrial/technical background is an advantage

Fluent command of English; Italian and/or French in addition is a plus

Knowledge of CRM Salesforce is an advantage

Excellent communication and team-work skills are vital for the role

A natural commercial aptitude (ability to close a deal), focus on contributing to the customer requirements and a drive to find sustainable solutions quickly; focus on business growth is essential

Self-starter with the ability to use own initiative and flexibility in a dynamic environment; proactive approach to address subjects with team members from different countries

Strong analytical skills include the ability to collect and analyze information, problem solve, and make decisions.

Willingness to travel 10-15%

You will be working from our office in Sofia, Bulgaria and have daily contact with our European team
