Sensata Technologies, Inc. HR Admin Team Lead in Sofia, Bulgaria

As a lead of HR Administration team in Bulgaria, the team lead is overall responsible for day-to-day operation of HR Administration Services and drive for continuous improvement. Lead the team of specialists, responsible for the team’ s development and motivation. Work closely with HRBP, COE to provide excellent service to employees and managers. Participates in developing and implementing Shared Services concept in HR function across sites. Participates or lead different improvement projects, especially about Workday and other HR system usage to support local/regional/global initiatives by using sustainable process improvement tools. May represent the company to the respective 3rd party service providers

Leads a team of specialists in Bulgaria responsible for HR administration services. Motivates, develops and keeps the team members accountable to achieve the company, teams’ and respective project goals;

Develops the strong team able to provide sustainable services in the fast paced environment;

Supports the strategy and priorities of the company, including driving the implementation of Shared Services Model in HR.

Manage relationships between people, processes and technology to ensure continuous improvement and change

Leads the day-to-day operations of HR administration Services for Bulgaria

Implement and maintain processes and procedures to ensure accurate and timely processing of HR administration Services; >Participates in the development of Shared Services concept in the region within the function of HR;

Participates in or leads the respective local/regional/global projects according to the company priorities, especially related to the usage of Workday and/or other HR systems;

Ensuring all services are successfully delivered according to the service levels; Introduces the appropriate Key performance indicators and ensures their tracking, analysis and conclusions for improvement.

Participates in developing and maintaining HR Services Catalogue, reviews the current services and suggests to introduce the new ones; May lead the transition of new activities into HR Services and improving the effectiveness and efficiency of current ones by using continuous process improvement tools;

May works with current and potential 3rd party service providers to find the best solution for HR Services and the company;

Works with internal/external auditors, ensuring that all the required information is delivered and explained as requested.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above, majoring in Project management, Business management, Finance, HR or other equivalent ones.

  • Above 4 years of working experience in an international company in Support Functions (HR/Finance/Procurement or similar) with Shared Services concept implemented.

  • Experience in the leading/management role is preferred;

  • Knowledge and understanding of HR Systems, SAP/Workday/PeopleSoft or any other ERP systems

  • Some knowledge of process improvement tools (e.g., Six Sigma/Lean) and how to apply them in the office environment is preferred

  • Strong conceptual and analytical thinking ability.

  • Excellent computer skills in an MS office environment.

  • Highly motivated, customer focused, well organized and attention to detail.

  • Desire to learn and advance in a fast-paced organization.

  • Problem solver with a positive attitude and ability to make appropriate decisions. Maintain focus and follow through on issues until resolved.

  • Strong team player, able to work in an international environment across countries; awareness of cultural differences.

  • Willing to take challenges; strong desire for continuous improvement in working flow and procedures optimization.

  • Strong sense of business ethics including the ability to appropriately handle confidential information.

  • Good English language ability in reading, writing and speaking.
