This position is a mid-level role with opportunity for growth in a dynamic industry. The graphic designer will be an integral member of the global marketing team. The ideal candidate is an experienced professional with strong initiative, leadership ability and attention to detail, who enjoys working in a multi-faceted environment. He/ she is an excellent creative thinker and effective communicator who translates client needs and objectives into results-oriented viable design. This role is eligible for In Office or Remote
Create and design various materials for print and digital collateral
Ensure projects are completed with high quality and on schedule
Follow the creative direction and brand guidelines of the company
Prioritize and manage multiple projects within design specifications
Perform retouching and manipulation of images and flyers
Work with a wide range of media and use graphic design software
Ability to work with video programs
Produce and edit short training and promotional videos
Contribute in creative projects and brainstorming
3-5 years of experience in graphic design
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Art, Marketing or Communications
Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print, and the web
Familiarity with HTML and CSS preferred
Vast experience and knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and other graphic design software
Experience in video editing software
Good judgement of the amount of work needed to complete a task, ability to set a realistic schedule, and deliver the work on time.
Excellent attention to detail, accuracy in inputting and amending copy
Close to native written language skills in English and/or German
Extraordinary communication and interpersonal skills: Has good judgement and knows when to seek help, ask a question or obtain clarification of instructions, seeks and embraces feedback
Track record of successful website design and implementation
Automotive Aftermarket experience a plus
Experience with Premier Pro or aftereffects
Fluent English language
Fluent German language a plus
