Sensata Technologies, Inc. Data Governance Analyst in Sofia, Bulgaria

The Data Governance Analyst is responsible for creating and maintaining master data including but not limited to Bills-of-Materials (BOMs), Suppliers, and Customers in the Agile PLM and/or Oracle ERP systems. The DG Analyst will perform diversified tasks to initiate, change and control BOM, Supplier, and Customer records to ensure data health and quality integrity in the ERP database according to established policies, procedures, and practices, as well as work or lead projects which require master data setup or changes.

Responsibilities:

  • Make extensive use of Agile PLM and Oracle ERP reporting and analytic tools;

  • Provide general product configuration support and guidance to a variety of functional areas with varying degrees of BOM literacy, including design, program management, planning, purchasing, manufacturing, IT, and finance;

  • Perform where-used analysis and change impact research;

  • Manage mass changes;

  • Provide guidance on BOM solutions for diverse and dynamic product structures in a complex supply chain;

  • Support or manage line moves, acquisition integrations, software upgrade testing, quality improvement projects, and cross-training;

  • Manage or lead other design and make BOM activities or projects;

  • Manage or lead Supplier and Customer setup activities or projects;

  • Support SOX audits, as required;

  • Manage or lead other Data Governance Projects;

  • Drive standardization and improvement opportunites;

  • Manage Data Validation reporting;

  • Support Managers with managing teams, as required

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree or above in Manufacturing, engineering, or related;

  • Very good verbal and written English language skills;

  • Knowledge in second foreign language is an advantage;

  • Experience with a PLM system (Agile, MatrixOne, Enovia, etc) required;

  • Experience with an ERP system (Oracle preferred, SAP, Baan, etc) reuired;

  • Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with customers and employees in a professional manner;

  • Proficient with MS Office applications;

  • Good organizational and problem-solving skills;

  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy;

  • Team player with result orientated outlook;

  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic growth-oriented environment
