Ensure quality for a battery based green energy future
Lithium Balance develops Li-ion battery management systems (BMS) to control and monitor the increasingly powerful and complex batteries of the future green energy sector. We are growing rapidly and need several new key employees to develop and produce new generations of battery management systems for batteries in cars, trains, motorcycles and solar panel energy storage.
We are professionalizing our quality department and are on lookout for an operational quality specialist to help us elevate to the next level. We are looking potential, mindset and attitude and are willing to develop and grow the right candidate.
About the job
- You drive analysis of customer complaints; you ensure anchoring of preventive actions. You contribute to the technical analysis and act as a facilitator of specialists, both internally, at suppliers and our production teams. You are strong in reporting and know that we prioritize and address the customer needs first.
- You will drive the technical and administrative task of ensuring that product changes and updates are solved. As a member of the change board, you will ensure customer acceptance, ensure integrity of technical documentation on change validation and ensure that changes are effectuated in mass production.
In collaboration with our suppliers, our test development and Sensate SQE, you will set up and monitor our reporting structure, ensuring insights in supplier performance.
You will create and set the framework for our future work in ingoing and outgoing quality control of products and components.
Experience / Qualifications
A university degree and 2-4 years of experience (i.e. Bachelors degree) or a graduate degree and 0-2 years of experience (i.e. Masters degree)
Must be a team player able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to handle multiple competing tasks and demands
Strong communication skills; oral, written and presentation
Strong organization, planning and time management skills to achieve results
Strong personal and professional ethical values and integrity
Holds self-accountable to achieving goals and standards
Strong interpersonal & collaboration skills to work effectively with all levels of the organization including suppliers and/or external customers
Systematic and organized facilitator, strong in technical communication.
Knowledge of industry standards for quality processes, possibly including automotive.
High level of abstraction and understanding of processes for development, production and a global supply chain.
Technical knowhow of mechanical, software and electronic product designs, including their failure modes.
You master Excel and can deliver on statistics and data driven analysis.
You can deliver on documentation and communicate in English.
