Sensata Technologies, Inc. Executive Administrator in Smorum, Denmark
You will be supporting the Lithium Balance Site Management team in Copenhagen, Smorum. The scope of responsibilities is very wide and require a multi skill competence and an extremely high level of energy.
Task will range from:
Supporting Site management team with general reporting tasks
Prepare Management information, using PPT presentations, Excel and Microsoft Word.
Support the HR Business Partner by administering the employee life cycle including: recruitment administration; correspondence for starters, probation reviews, leavers, issuing and making changes to terms and conditions; maintaining and updating training records.
Ensure that the HR database, Workday, and other management information is maintained, accurate and up to date.
Managing/Coordinating local employee events, Customer visits, Battery seminars and hotel bookings
Administrative tasks related to on-boarding new employees; Payroll, Entry card, ensure professional tools are booked, organize introductions.
Ensure that holiday, pensions and employee hour registration is managed correctly and according to local regulations.
Liaise with relevant Sensata administrative units; HR, Finance, Governance, PR etc.
You will have a high level of confidentiality, demonstrate excellent interpersonal and customer facing skills, ability to communicate at all levels, tact and diplomacy and the ability to work accurately, with attention to detail. Your professional back-ground can be both economy, legal and/or HR main thing is that you can quickly obtain new information, learn and drive your tasks independently.
Degree or Masters in Business Administration, Legal or HR Organization graduates will also be considered.
Relevant experience in similar positions such as Executive PA, HR Administrator or Office Supervisor will be an advantage.
Language skills: English and Danish at high/native level.
