The IT Production Support Specialist is responsible for maintaining, updating, and performing research on available and provided technology for internal company personnel. They will perform manual updates on any distributed technology, provide any recommended changes to the company and provide timely reports on data analysis.

General Responsibilities
Completes with other IT personnel on necessary troublechooting on all internally used software
Performs routine maintenance on all equipment (computers, phones, etc.)
Leads research projects and presents findings regarding recommendations for the best software / tech to use in the company
Communicates companywide information about any maintenance or updates
Responsible for basic training of necessary personnel to ensure employees will use the applicable software / equipment effectively
Available for support via phone, in person meeting, chat or online ticketing system
Experience / Qualifications
A university degree required (i.e. Bachelors degree) or equivalent relevant work experience.

Budget Management - Ability to project and present annual operation Expense and Capital budget in departmental budget process
