Sensata Technologies, Inc. HR Assistant in Changzhou, China

Responsible for monthly attendance checking and related reports generation, e.g. working hours forecast/accurate to finace, hold and release, G2, exception, position allowance, sick leave to on-job injury leave, forecast termination, foracast OT to payroll;

Responsible for monthly social Insurance and public housing fund declaration;

Responsible for Ping'an insurance benefit implement;

Responsible for annual leave management, company and legal part;

Responsible for creation of purchase orders in Oracle system and follow-up;

Responsible for talent allowence application and declaration;

Support for T&A system structuring and make Nomitron transfer to new system smoothly;

Coordinates onboarding, termination and transfer actions;

> Solve employees' inquiries from HRS platform;

Participates in the development of Shared Services concept in the region within the function of HR;

Participates in the respective local/regional/global projects according to the company priorities, especially related to the usage of Workday and/or other HR systems;

Works with current 3rd party service providers to find the best solution for HR Services and the company;

Tracks and analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s);

Gives on request administrative HR support to other Centers of excellence (Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits, Payroll & Rewards, HR Business etc.)

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • HRIS maintenance including Oracle, E-Form, etc.

  • Time and Attendance system (Nomitron) maintenance and coaching;

  • Responsible for monthly site attendance report & position allowance collection and correction;

  • Regularly analysis on OT report & Leave balance report;

  • Group commercial insurance administration;

  • Social insurance and Housing Fund administration;

  • Talent fund management;

  • Support on Payroll team and SOX;

  • Other tasks assigned by Supv.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree or above, majoring in human resources, accounting or other related;

  • 1 year experience in HR function, especially in C&B or HRIS is preferred;

  • The ability to produce detailed work accurately and timely;

  • Excellent skills in an MS office environment, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc;

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, good team-player;

  • Highly motivated, customer focused, and well organized;

  • Desire to learn and advance in a fast-paced organization;

  • Good English in reading, writing and speaking.
