Conduct function testing and failure analysis on TPMS customer returned & launch issues products.
Write comprehensive technical reports in English, and supply accurate analysis data and reliable conclusions in the reports timely and effectively.
Utilize new analytical concepts in an established Failure Analysis Team environment (Equipment, Processes, Automation etc.).
Assist with DOEs (Design of Experimentation) to resolve long standing unresolved issues.
Assist the equipment management in lab, including the periodical maintenance, calibration and resolving the common faults.
Assist with customer visits and audits to FA lab.
Develop and maintain a high level of communication with global FA labs.
Assist the various departmental functions that liaise with FA (e.g. CQE, SQE, DE, NPD, Production in local and global).
Carry out any other function deemed necessary for the smooth running of the company business.
Bachelor’s degree, major in electronics or related.
Working experience in laboratory or electronic product testing / analyzing will be preferred.
Good English skill in reading and writing, and basic oral English.
Experienced in using MS Office, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
Good data processing and analyzing skills by using Excel or Minitab, etc.
Good knowledge and experience of mechanical will be a plus.
Self-motivated, always be willing to push forward the work and to solve problems.
Good at communication with people and teamwork.
Good logical thinking and learning / practical abilities.
To Provide root cause analysis of customer returned products (requires an excellent knowledge of all products)

To ensure that customer quality concerns are responded to in a timely and effective manner through prioritisation management
To help maintain the Product Support Lab to the very high standards expected by our customers
To develop and maintain a high level of communication with other Product Support sites
To develop a culture of continuous improvement in all areas of the lab
To assist the various departmental functions that liaise with Product Support (e.g. Design, Production, Supplier Quality, CPE)
To carry out any other function deemed necessary for the smooth running of the company business
Degree in Electronic Engineering ( Or similiar )
Minimum of two years work experience within electronics or a highly technical field.
-Ability to interpret electronic schematics & basic software constructs.
Good written and verbal communication skills. Clearly conveying and receiving messages
Ability to collate and analyse technical data.
Customer focus understanding and meeting or exceeding the customers’ needs.
Results orientated knowing what results are important and focusing resources to achieve them.
Problem solving and judgement ability to assess options in order to identify a technical solutions
Ability to offer innovative solutions adapting to change, leading the change process.
