Equipment Engineer



  • Focus on equipment OEE (Overall Equipment effectiveness) improvement through reducing mini-step and conducting effective preventive maintenance and predictive maintenance to prevent machine unscheduled shutdown.

  • Arrange equipment/fixtures/tooling PM as per schedule to reduce unscheduled down time and extend their service life span.

  • Manage spare parts with efficiency and low cost-control the part stock level, consignment, regular stock counting and replenishment in time to ensure the continuity of testing activities.

  • Keep communication channel with global team and vendors for test equipment transfer and new test setup.

  • Manage related document alignment with CNAS 17025.

  • Lead equipment technicians to drive for excellence and grow with company.

  • Cooperate with company facility team to plan and adjust lab layout.

  • Observe health, safety and environment company policy.


  • B.S. degree or above, majoring in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent areas.

  • Above 5 Years of experience in equipment function; 2 or more years of management experience with direct reports and experience is preferred.

  • Able to read Schematic and mechanical drawing and use AutoCAD.

  • Basic knowledge of Labview, PLC or Vc++/Vb is preferred.

  • Basic knowledge of CAN/LIN/SENT communication is preferred.

  • Good interpersonal / communication skills and able to interface at international/overseas levels.

  • Good coaching and people management skills.

  • Good English language ability in reading, writing and speaking.
