Sensata Technologies, Inc. Technical support Internship in Burgas, Bulgaria

Overviewing technical service platform and addressing support cases status.


  • getting familiar with the technology behind our hardware and software products;

  • platform(s) reviewing;

  • performing device health check reviews;

  • executing specific tasks towards different devices;

  • creating support case records and writing to clients for media error (storage media corruption), NVS (video loss) entries and device rebooting issue(s);

  • addressing support cases in "Pending" and "Footage Request" status;

  • processing monitoring events whenever tasked with these activities;



  • a pre-final, final year student or recent graduate in IT-related program;

  • excellent verbal and written English communication skills;

  • proficiency in Microsoft Office package;

  • ability to multitask and quickly study new materials;

  • eager to learn and work with various departments and clients in our organization;

  • ability to work during the business week (Mon-Fri), between 13:00 - 17:00 - 21:00 BG time;
