Sensata Technologies, Inc. Cyber Security Operations Manager in Bloomington, Minnesota
The Cyber Security Operations Manager is responsible for the design, implementation and management of the company’s cyber threat detection, prevention, and response capabilities. This role supervises a team of cyber security professionals as well as managed service providers to protect company digital assets and capabilities.
Manages the development, deployment and execution of controls and defenses to ensure the security and risk mitigation of company infrastructure technology, information systems and digital payment systems
Manages the analysis of business needs and establishes priorities for protection of critical systems and operational policies
Establishes and implements appropriate standards and criteria for hardware, software, email and web firewall, access verification and encryption requirements
Evaluates potential business impacts from security breaches and provides strategic and tactical guidance to business decision-makers
Manages the development and execution of security systems compliance procedures
Selects, develops and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function
Client-focused, working in conjunction with Professional Services and Outsourcing functions
Experience / Qualifications
A university degree and 7-10 years of experience

Job Description General Responsibilities
Manages the development, deployment and execution of controls and defenses to ensure the security and risk mitigation of company infrastructure technology and information systems.
Implements appropriate operational and management metrics.
Implements appropriate security standards and criteria for hardware, software, email and web firewall, access verification and encryption requirements.
Manages the information system vulnerability management program.
Leads the cyber response to security events/incidents.
Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.
Prioritizes high risk threats, summarizes the recommended actions and alerts the Senior Director of Cyber Security.
Works with Cyber Risk to establish priorities for protection of critical systems and operational policies.
