Sensata Technologies, Inc. Senior Technical Recruiter--Engineering in Attleboro, Massachusetts
Partnering with the Talent Acquisition team, this role focuses on full life cycle recruiting for qualified engineering technical talent for a variety of roles at Sensata Technologies. You will be responsible for building pipelines of talent, and developing innovative strategies for attracting candidates through networking, cold calling, internet searches, and research.
Build and Maintain pipelines of qualified candidates to deliver against immediate priorities, future needs, and business critical positions that are routinely filled throughout the year
Partner with recruiters to generate ideas, leverage resources and share information that facilitates an effective search process
Cultivate ongoing relationships with targeted/key candidates and specific talent pools and maintain those relationships with an ongoing focus
Implement innovative candidate generation techniques, strategies, and programs. Proactively conduct research and investigate new ideas to create innovative sourcing strategies
Report on/maintain data around activity, market place trends and produce quality information for presentation to hiring managers to demonstrate position value and cost savings to the company
Act as a search expert for various functional areas by understanding hiring needs, position specifications and search
Manage job postings through various career portals
Identify networking opportunities to generate awareness of open positions and generate new candidates
Willingness to tap into established networks to increase visibility
Assist in branding Sensata as an employer of choice
3-5 years’ direct recruiting/sourcing/search firm experience, engineering positions required
Project Management experience strongly preferred
Expert level command of LinkedIn Recruiter
BA/BS degree in HR, Business, or related field
An ability to generate a high-volume/high-quality pipeline of candidates under tight timelines
Solid skills and experience in sourcing/identifying relevant candidates for jobs, facilitating the candidate screening/interviewing/selection process and closing skills are required
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experienced at working in a team work environment while possessing the ability to work independently
Able to work in a fast-paced, changing environment
Proficient MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Internet
Experience or knowledge of Boolean logic and other social media/online sourcing techniques necessary
Technical Engineering degree
Agency and Corporate recruiting experience
3 years Software Systems Engineering recruiting experience
