About the Program
Sensata’s Returnship program is for experienced professionals who took a break from the workforce and are looking to restart their careers. This full-time, paid program will enable you to work on projects that match your experience, interest, and abilities while also providing opportunities to build skills and experiences.
During this 6-month program you will have the opportunity to update your skills, and learn some new ones, in a global workplace. You’ll be collaborating across functions, across countries, and across cultures, building strong relationships with valuable partners.

Future career opportunities in the following STEM Fields, including but not limited to: Research & Development; Engineering (Design, Electrical, Mechanical, Process, Software), Manufacturing, Logistics, Facilities, Operations, Product/Program Management, Quality Assurance, Supply Chain, and Information Technology.
Future positions may be available in Massachusetts, California, Michigan, Minnesota, Arizona, and additional locations.

In order to qualify for the Returnship Program you must:
Be an experienced professional with 2 or more years unemployed or underemployed.
Have an undergraduate degree in the appropriate field.
Have a minimum of 4 years professional experience in a respective field.
