Sensata Technologies, Inc. Program Manager in Attleboro, Massachusetts
JOB DUTIES: Lead New Product Development (NPD) teams from concept to production. Establish NPD program scope, schedule, commercial situation, and risks. Summarize NPD financial business case including cash flow analysis, revenue roadmap, capital planning, resources required, and cost reduction roadmap to finalize project plan for NPD programs. Manage and ensure discipline with the NPD and Change Management (CM) process, tools, metrics, and schedule to achieve committed business case. Drive continuous improvement of the Sensata NPD process. Lead CM projects for design, supplier, or manufacturing changes. Plan needed production capacity and ensure equipment, tooling, and supplier capacity strategies are in place. Plan and lead cost reduction projects to achieve financial goals. Develop Product Life Cycle Management objectives and execute project plans to achieve desired results. Anticipating and communicating issues, recommending corrective action, and taking independent remedial actions and reporting outcomes.

JOB REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Engineering, Business Management, or a related field of study and 5 years of experience in program and product management within a high-technology, manufacturing environment. Experience to include: new product development (NPD) program management (concept to production) and establishing program scope, schedule, and risks assessment; creating business case and cash flow analysis, revenue roadmap, capital planning, resources planning, and cost reduction roadmap; Managing internal and external (customer) communication during program life cycle with periodic management reporting; leading global project team, supporting customer visits and program meetings; and leading projects or programs for changes in design, supplier, manufacturing, capacity expansion, and cost reduction.
