Sensata Technologies, Inc. Production Team Lead in Attleboro, Massachusetts
Seeking a Production Team Lead to support the Precision Products group in our Attleboro, MA location.

Essential Functions:
Set priorities and direct daily operations to include timely completion of jobs to supply the manufacturing lines.
Ensure all operators are following safety procedures.
Prioritize work activities for operators to achieve target on time delivery and delinquency goals.
Be an active participant in 5S and continuous improvement activities.
Complete transactions in Oracle daily.
Maintain accurate inventory in each area.
Review weekly reports for accuracy.
Provide support to other functional groups within Sensata.
Daily communication with cross functional team such as customer service, engineering, technicians, quality and manufacturing supervisors as necessary.
Ability to work on the line and support new operator training as required
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required.
Experience working in a manufacturing or industrial setting preferred.
Possess strong organizational skills, a positive attitude and the ability to work well as a team.
Ability to lead, set an example, and direct teams to achieve assignments using established guidelines, procedures, and policies.
Ability to read and comprehend written instructions, as well as, comprehend verbal instructions and effectively communicate both verbally and written.
Computer familiarity, data entry skills including MS Word and Excel.
Ability to perform various transactions in Oracle.
Ability to self-start yet take orders as directed and achieve results.
Consistent and punctual attendance required. Must be available to work assigned shifts and required overtime as needed.
Must be eligible for ITAR clearance (US Residence or Permanent Resident)

Responsible for performing the physical or administrative tasks involved in the production lines.
Perform and enter inventory cycle counts.
Track information on spreadsheets.
Interface and communicate daily with members inside as well as outside of Sensata.
Apply safety procedures learned, uphold housekeeping guidelines, and ethical practices.
Availability to work overtime on regular basis as needed.
Submit Maximo’s for equipment that is down and impacting line.
Update attendance in ADP for operators as needed.
Work with Supervisor to define needed overtime and training for operators
Attention to detail.
Basic math skills.
Oracle experience preferred.
Perform other related duties as specified.
