JOB DUTIES: Supervise, develop and coach the commercial marketing team; drive continuous improvement to increase the team’s efficiency; set performance goals and manage performance. In close cooperation with product, sales, commercial finance and other marketing disciplines: review new business opportunities with respect to fit and value; verify customer projected sales volumes over time; use market and customer data and insights to determine the value of Sensata’s offering and recommend a pricing strategy; drive agreement review, approval, signing and storage of signed agreements; verify long-term forecast by confirming volumes and prices of new business opportunities and launched products; maintain understanding of market drivers and needs and their impact on existing Sensata offerings.

JOB REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering and 5 years of experience in design engineering, marketing, product management and sales. 2 years of Sales or Marketing experience working with sensor and subsystem applications on commercial vehicles in engine, exhaust aftertreatment, transmission, chassis and cabin; 2 years of experience in design engineering and product management necessary to allow in depth application discussions with customer advanced engineering; 2 years of experience in depth understanding of the major suppliers of vehicles and their TIER 1's within the target markets on road truck and trailer, agriculture, construction; and 1 year of experience gained through sales function necessary to access the right channels into target customers.

OTHER: Worksite: 529 Pleasant Street, Attleboro, MA 02703; 40 hours/week; Hybrid three (3) day/wk. work from home schedule permitted within a reasonable commuting distance to the office located at 529 Pleasant Street, Attleboro, MA 02703.
