DUTIES: Provide complete operation services for BI application management, custom development, and support Digital Journey of Sensata. Look for opportunity to build data monetization packaging with sensors and enable business to hit $5 Billion revenue in 5 years. Enable Sensata through company digital transformation efforts in sensors products of Auto/Aero Business unit which includes platform framework, digitization, Digitalization and building associated IoT data pipelines. Build analytical platform using technologies such as Cloudera. Postgresql, Oracle, R, OBIEE, Business Objects, Informatica ETL, ODl, Mulesoft APls. Automate existing Order management manual process such as Demand forecast & Capacity. Provide users one point stop for all the Data needs, which will help them gather insights on the business strategies. Work with Enterprise Architect to drive roadmap and evaluate/recommend digital technologies needed for Analytics/Big Data platform. Evaluate latest and cost efficient Big Data technologies. Build the Data Ingestion platform using Mulesoft or similar technologies to capture data to help build the analytical models. Build solution using Cloudera platform. Oracle Data integrator-ODI, R. Python, ML/AI. Data modeling (relational and/or dimensional data modeling). Build time­series, predictive data model. Build STAR model (fact and dimensions). Build STAR Model for Customer 360 which can be leveraged across Oracle Based ERP and Sales & Service Salesforce Cloud. Data requirements gathering (interpretation of process models, modeling session facilitation). Collect data generated through manufacturing machines (loT) & applications at various global plant sites. Make data aggregation, manipulation, and data science effort seamless. Evaluate the progress and adaptability of the built analytical models. Help business evaluate drive more insights from the analytical models. Build Deep Learning models on the data to derive more insights. Develop front-end, metadata and ETL specification to support business requirements for reporting across the organization. Use technologies like OBIEE, Oracle Database, Business Objects, DAC Informatica. Integration tool such as informatica, Oracle Data integrator, Data platfom1 - Cloudera, Postgres, Sql, Greenplum. Provide technical recommendations for creation, modification, and filtering requests, formatting results in reporting tools such as OBIEE, BOBJ, Power BI, Tableau. Conduct performance tuning and enforcing repository best practices. Drive stringent SLAs on the data refresh from multiple source systems. Ensure sub­second- performance on all the user reports and dashboards. Evaluate existing licensing agreement and streamline as per roadmap. Oracle, Informatica, Cloudera, Hadoop, postgresql. Continuously evaluate technology stack for any updates to help drive the cost down by reducing the dependency on the older technologies. Define and develop physical and logical data models to support departmental and functional reporting needs. Data Architect Data Model for Sales, Finance, Services, Operations. Define Mathematical/Statistical model to create the AI/ML Driven Applications. Use Analytical modelling tools similar to R and Python to create models. Evaluate the outputs of the predicted models. Provide insightful visualizations using Tableau or R. Help maintain the Analytical models and evaluate the growth and progress of these models w.r.t time and data. Build Data dictionary, Bl services Catalogue, Data Governance model. Capture all the physical, logical and Analytical data models and publish them for wider business usage. Enable controls for seamless access of data models across different business units. Develop process for Data Ownership and related to column and row level data security. Bring more awareness on available functionalities and drive standardization of solution. Develop and steward data model meta-data. Enable Data governance around platform built and leveraging technologies such as Collibra and business processes. Drive to capture all the metadata for the organization and create data catalog. Enrich the Data Catalog with business user definitions and data stewardship. Publish all the Data Quality metrics in the Data Catalog tool. Build self-service reporting model with charge back to business by leveraging SAP Business Object technology self-service schematics layer. Enable OBIEE Reports in Shared folders to enrich them with enterprise reports and dashboards. Manage and deliver components that identify, design, and implement technology and creative business solutions. Enable business to utilize the predictive/Prescriptive models. Build a Customer-Master Data Portal for easy access of Sensata Customer information. Collaborate with business leaders and data owners to successfully implement and maintain an enterprise level business analytics and data warehousing solution. Develop Business Unit COE to support executive and operational Analytical model reporting in Tableau, Microsoft Power Bl. Develop reporting standards and best practices to ensure data standardization and consistency. Ensure the proper checks for Data Access. Enable Row Level and Column Level Security in Data models built using R, Informatica ETL or ODI and Reporting solutions.

REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Information Systems, or in a closely related or equivalent field and 9 years of experience as a Manager or Business Intelligence & Analytics Solution Consultant. Experience to include the following: 8 years of Business Intelligence consulting or industry experience: 7 years of experience with end-to-end development process; 7 years of experience with the following: OBIEE, Oracle Database, Business Objects, DAC, Oracle Analytic Cloud, Informatica big data edition, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI); 5 years of experience with Intelligence Dashboards and Guided Navigation Links within Intelligence Dashboards; 3 years of experience in managing large Business Intelligence engagements and project teams through all phases of the project lifecycle from scoping, planning and budgeting, requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and go live with a specific expertise in implementing business intelligence solutions in Oracle eBusiness Suite environments. This effort can be within a management consulting environment or industry; 2 years of experience in Data Modeling and reporting star schema: and experience with leading at least one full life-cycle Reporting solution (preferably oracle based) initiative successfully through design. build, test & deployment efforts. 3 years of Sales and Revenue domain experience for Bl applications; at least a year of experience of inventory management domain for dashboard and analytics.
