Sensata Technologies, Inc. Salesforce.com Administrator/Analyst in Aguascalientes, Mexico
We’re seeking a talented CRM Administrator/Analyst to administer Salesforce.com and work with users and stakeholders to define, deliver, and support functionality on the Salesforce.com platform. This position will also participate in the planning, execution and deployment of future Salesforce implementations and projects throughout our global organization. An ideal candidate for this role is a self-starter, loves technical challenges with great communication skills.

Primary Responsibilities:
Perform administrator functions such as user management, profiles, roles, permissions, rules, assignment rules, queues, licenses, release management, troubleshooting, capacity & storage, and general systems maintenance
Serve as primary point of contact for business around production and support issues
Research and identify needs, goals, and business models by collaborating with end users, stakeholders, and support partners
Test functionality of new implementations in Salesforce prior to releasing to business
Review and assess current state to identify and recommend improvement opportunities
Support the Salesforce developer to help design and maintain internal solutions and external system interface mechanisms
Manage dashboards, reports, forms, templates, page layouts workflows and approvals, create and maintain custom objects, object relationships, formulas, standard and custom fields
Challenge requests that do not align with Salesforce best practices and find alternative solutions
Stay Current with Salesforce releases and corresponding documentation and provide new functionalities and solutions as needed; including integrations with third party solutions
Establish and implement best practices: system maintenance, security, improvements, data integrity, duplicates, backups, validation rules, custom workflows, and so on
Design and create global Reports and Dashboards within SF in accordance with corporate goals
Define, deliver and support functionality and configuration of the Salesforce.com platform
Elicit, capture, and transform business requirements into functional system requirements
Track user adoption and provide additional training where necessary
Participate in design reviews and collaborative system integration planning activities
Required Skills and Experience
Salesforce ADM201 Admin Certification is a must
Salesforce ADM301 and 401 Developer Certification is beneficial
Fluent in spoken and written English
2 to 4 years of industry experience as a Salesforce.com administrator/analyst
Historical, proven knowledge, and practical application of the Salesforce.com design, logic rules, and execution of Salesforce.com configuration changes (must have)
Ability to analyze and recommend SF configuration changes to support enhancement requests
Knowledge of project management practices and tools
Ability to influence others to gain support and commitment for shared projects
Sharp, analytical, problem solving, and decision-making skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, verbal and written, for global audience
Ability to understand and document requirements
Ability to assess the impact of new requirements on Salesforce.com and all upstream and downstream applications, systems and processes
Self-motivated and able to grasp concepts quickly
Knowledge of related applications, relational databases, and web technology
Current on the latest industry trends and changing technologies
Experience with data manipulation and analytics
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Visio
