Sensata Technologies, Inc. Fixed Asset Supervisor in Aguascalientes, Mexico
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated supervisor to lead a team of 4 employees who partner with the business and operations teams in North America to control and account for fixed asset projects.
Leads all accounting-related activities related to capital projects in North America
Partner with the business and operations teams to setup new projects, follow up on status of open projects and to place completed projects / assets into service
Create and update the fixed asset dashboard reporting for each site (15)
Coordinate with the tax, trade compliance and customer service departments to ensure cross border asset transfers are executed in a compliant manner
Coordinate inspections and fixed asset inventory counts at each site on a rolling, regular basis
Oversee staff training and development for four direct report employees. Coordinate with HR to incorporate learning plans for key talent in preparation for future roles.
Support integration-related activities associated with acquisitions where required
Attend requirements from extenal auditors for US GAAP and Statutory ledgers

Bachelor degree-equivalent required
Minimum 5 years working in a complex international setting with Maquiladora organizational structures in Mexico. The candidate should have prior management experience and has demonstrated leadership capability. Previous M&A experience is desired but not required.
