Sensata Technologies, Inc. Customer Service Specialist in Aguascalientes, Mexico

Customer Service is responsible for customer delivery, inventory and overall customer satisfaction for businesses. This is a highly visible position within Sensata both regionally and globally and is vital to our ‘Customer First’ initiative that will help drive continued growth. Success will be measured by the ability to drive to desired results in customer satisfaction, forecast accuracy and inventory.

Responsibilities

  • Understand and align with the general regulation of customer service (customer registration/lead time/payment term/MOQ, etc).

  • Receive PO from the customers; clarify with sales and input PO into Oracle system.

  • Release sales acknowledgment, inform customer the shipping date and payment term and prevent overdue at customer side.

  • Arrange goods return if any quality issue occurs but cannot be solved at customer side.

  • Work together with sales to solve any delivery issue in case of customer requirement cannot be fulfilled.

  • Send out sample order form according to the request from marketing/sales or engineer and get back the samples on time.

  • Weekly NR report release. Monthly NBO update.

  • Update loading forecast by quarter or immediately if needed.

  • Export control under Sensata regulation.

  • Monitor Customer Consignments.

  • Monitor Backlog Development.

  • Monitor Not On Time Deliveries.

  • Monitor Delinquency towards Customers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or above.

  • At least 1 year of related working experience.

  • Familiar with import and export procedures; be able to solve issues related to Custom clearance.

  • Oracle/ERP maintenance and good Office operating skill.

  • Experience in supply chain management.

  • Time management skill.

  • Strong interpersonal communication skills with internal and external parties. Good negotiation skills.

  • Good English/other foreign language ability in reading, writing and speaking.

  • Good analytical and presentation skills.

  • Negotiation skills.
