Sales Manager of PV&LCV EU segment of China


Be responsible for leading the sales team of Sensor products on PV&LCV EU segment of China business region. Achieve the annual plan of NR and GPM for individual sales. Support Sensata’s market strategy in China, well understanding of Sensata’s sensor business and customer’s requirements. Develop good relationship with customers to close NBO as well as maintain and enlarge existing business. Work closely with design engineer and marketing people, get necessary support whenever need. Be familiar with China HV&LCV market. Be brief understanding of vehicle system application. Providing the service to the customers to reduce complaints. Found and close NBO. Getting market information and report in time with proposal.


Bachelor degree or above for Engineering or business. 5years+ of sales experience on PV&LCV system or other industry or electronics of famous brand (Relation with key PV&LCV manufactures preferred). Experience in sales work and good capability in developing relationship with customers. Good team work ability and excellent communications skills. Technical support experience on above field should a Plus value. Be honest and be trusted by the customers. Keep frequently contact with customers and keep good image and relationship with the key person of the customers. Be aggressive be ready to face any kind of challenge from the customer and find way to solve the issue. Travel inside China frequently Perfect command of spoken and written English and Mandarin Location: Shanghai
