Indian Accounting and Tax Specialist
-Responsible of auditing payment requests out of Indian team
-Take care of all financial transaction in Tally (payment, incoming/outgoing tax invoices)
-Set up statutory booking into Tally ERP and responsible for Tally closing
-Review of statutory compliance and implement changes as needed;
-Responsible for Indian statutory audit ,GAAP conversion
-Responsible for Indian taxes (direct and indirect ,central and state) filing
-Acting as single point of contact for India finance related matters and communicating requirement to China finance Susan Zhou and Nancy Shao ;
-Co-ordinate between the external and internal department for providing required documents/information to the external consultants, tax authorities or any other party that need compliance knowledge
- Responsible for vouchers, documentation filing and archiving
-Any other task assigned by responsible finance manager
Bachelor degree in accountancy or tax , certification is major advantage
More than 8 year experiences in accounting or tax filing
Familiar with Tally. Other ERP (Oracle) is an advantage
Computer skill at least in Microsoft words, PowerPoint and Excel
Good communication and English
-Team player , detail oriented
