Work as part of a project team and be responsible for global BOM setup into Agile PLM system.
Deal with descriptive BOM and non-descriptive BOM of Power Control products.
Interface with PPD design engineering teams for drawing and BOM release.
Work with PPD design engineer to setup descriptive BOM and non-descriptive BOM of Power Control products.
Assignments may include, but are not limited to:
Achieve the on time completeness of Global BOM setup for new FG ratings to support the new business opportunity and commercial success. Process ECO within 14 days (OTD>98%) and achieve 98% accuracy ratio.
Initiate ECO for BOM request within one working day and assign ECO to BOM team efficiently.
Achieve the on time completeness of ECO initiate for BOM update and new FG ratings to support the new business opportunity and BOM system maintenance.
Provide individual contributions in searching and indexing important industry and product information.
Serve as the expert on BOM and Agile PLM system by providing feedback to PPD design engineering and manufacturing personnel as new products are developed and new procedures are implemented.
Comply with EHS regulations and policies.
Associate’s Degree in a technical discipline (Electrical or Mechanical)
Proficient Electrical and Electronics knowledge
3+ years of electrical and electronics related work experience
Proficiency in using PLM system, Oracle/Agile would be plus
Good communication, attitude and team work skills
Good level in English (70%),
Knowledge of MS Office
Knowledge of Circuit Breaker products.
