Responsible for the materials planning

plan and deliver components according to the customer demand

Maintain and control reporting KPI database (OTD vs PD and NBD),supplier evaluations, SS levels

Close monitoring and follow up on E&O report(E&O analysis)


Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring, preparing, reporting and controlling all Material Planning KPIs on supplier delivery performance;

  • Preparing yearly supplier evaluations and action-plan follow-up;

  • Preparing and updating forecasts, Inventory and SS model;

  • Collecting all supplier Invoices and aligning with Bookkeeping department to resolve invoice discrepancies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in Engineering or Economy;

  • Relevant previous experience;

  • Excellent computer skills: MS Office;

  • Excellent communication skills;

  • Very good English skills;

  • Stress-resistivity and ability to react adequately in rush situations.
