Sensata Technologies, Inc. HRIS Analyst in Attleboro, Massachusetts
The Workday reporting analyst will be responsible for the design, creation and testing of Advanced Workday reports and Dashboards as well as analyze data from other systems as needed. They will work directly with customers both in HR and other business functions to understand reporting needs and build reports to facilitate organizational goals. The reporting analyst should have a solid understanding of Workday security, data sources, processes, and general analytics. They will support global projects for system updates and enhancement (tests systems changes, maintain report integrity and understand new features). They will also support Workday training and special projects as assigned. Must be comfortable working in a fast paced, highly matrixed, global organization.
Conducts needs assessments: analyzes current reporting functionality and identifies opportunities for improved functionality and accuracy
Advanced report and dashboard design, creation and testing
Creates and maintains of calculated fields
Responds to requests for reports containing HR data from across and outside of the organization in an accurate and timely manner
Combine Workday data with data from other systems using Excel or Access and analyze data
Provide tier 1 support for Workday reporting system issues
Conduct system audits for data integrity
Support global HRIS projects and initiatives
Prepares and maintains Workday documentation
Participates in the development of technology training curricula for users, as needed
Performs other related duties as required
3+ years experience in Workday report writing
Strong analytical skills; Good skills in MS Office with strong Excel skills
Ability to work in a high tech, matrix, global business environment with multiple stakeholders
Excellent oral and written communication skills and the demonstrated ability to make decisions
