Sensata Technologies, Inc. Digital Marketing Operations Manager in Attleboro, Massachusetts

Responsible for executing the operational vision of the department, to include employee satisfaction, stewardship of resources, financial efficiency and continuity of operation. Works with Digital/MarCom leadership to define the department’s operational strategy and tactical execution of Digital marketing, e-commerce, and supporting technologies, maintaining operational oversight, negotiating improvements, ensuring the department’s goals are met or exceeded. Responsible for communicating context and vision to internal teams and key stakeholders in support of the operational goals inclusive of supporting 3rd parties.

  • Experience in administering third party cloud based solutions and supporting capabilities, CMS, CRM, Search, Analytics, Marketing Automation, Social Listening, Translation, eCommerce, CPQ, SEO

  • Ability to articulate both marketing and IT needs/issues to all groups

  • Knowledge of agile process

  • Provide oversight of planning and budgeting process as it relates to marketing operations

  • Continually research, evaluate and test new lead generation digital channels and technologies to learn and improve targeting and lead acquisition

  • Execute demand generation activities to support broader level marketing programs, campaigns and events

  • Construct key marketing reporting mechanisms, including dashboards and reports

  • Provide ongoing analytics and analysis to provide marketing and sales with insights for better decision-making

  • Own marketing database hygiene and management, as well as alignment with relevant team members

  • Serve as the primary marketing operations system admin and assist with Salesforce administration

  • Evaluate new technologies and add-on applications to improve and optimize funnel performance

  • Build and grow a team of marketing professionals over time, including development/training plan by function

  • Requires knowledge ordinarily acquired through a Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field and 6‑8 years of experience managing digital platforms and programs

  • Ability to scale capabilities for global impact over time.

  • Minimum 30% international travel required.


The Global MarCom team, Marketing, IT. The Digital Operations Manager will also interface regularly with external partners supporting regional initiatives.


Industry Experience: 5+ years leading multi-cultural digital programs, preferably business to business.

Strong Technical Background: Strong interest in industrial system/sensor technology with the ability to understand a diverse and complex product line. Should be able to take technical details and convert into a meaningful customer message.

Successful Quantifiable Results: Proven examples of metrics driven results to achieve organizational goals. Ability to set both individual and team annual goals, as well as tracking ongoing progress to achieve by year end.

Communication: The ability to effectively communicate Digital concepts and programs with stakeholders while capturing their needs and modifying accordingly.

Educational Credentials: The ideal candidate will possess a relevant Bachelors Degree (Marketing, Communications or IT).
