Sensata Technologies, Inc. Engineering Team Administrator in Antrim, United Kingdom
You will be joining a team of Engineering professionals who will benefit from your support of the day-to-day running and planning of an extremely busy and dynamic development team.
Reporting to the Systems Development Group Manager, the role includes the following responsibilities:
Coordinating Capital Expenditure applications
Initiating purchase requisitions
Interface to Purchasing and follow-up of unpaid invoices with Shared Services
Tracking team resourcing plan and facilitating team management to plan resources
Coordinating weekly team status updates and compiling reports for management
Coordination of training courses
Supporting managers in the hiring process
Booking travel and supporting expenses processing as required
Compiling time management reports for team leaders
Organising team meetings
Coordinating catering requests
Supporting visitors to the site
Ordering office consumables
3+ years in an Administration or similar role is required
Flexible and positive approach to work
Strong IT skills (including MS Office applications) and willingness to learn new applications
Experience in handling sensitive/confidential data, and ability to maintain confidentiality
Ability to work on your own initiative and work to deadlines
Ability to perform work with a high degree of accuracy.
Effective communication and organisational skills. Desirable Criteria
Driving license and access to a vehicle for travel between sites
Experience using finance system to complete orders
Relevant office/business administration qualification.
Ability to track costs
