Senior Process Engineer supports daily production activities, resolving issues occurred during production, instructing manufacturing team on operation methods and parts handling procedures, and making decision to ensure continuous production to meet both output and quality requirement.

  • BS/MS degree or above in mechanical/electrical/electronic/materials or its equivalent.

  • At least 3 Years of related working experience.

  • Good knowledge in Statistical Process Control (SPC) and Design of Experiments (DOE). Six Sigma Green /Black Belt holders will be an added advantage.

  • Good understanding of Automotive PPAP / APQP / MSA requirements is plus.

  • Possess good interpersonal / communication.

  • Good English language ability in reading, writing and speaking.

  • Familiar with a wide range of test method, analytical methodology, failure analysis and product analysis.

  • Planning and organization skills, ability to multi-task.

  • Self directed and driven for success (result oriented). Ability to effectively communicate to both internal and external customers.

  • Able to follow structured policies and procedures (GNPD, Change Management, etc.).

  • Good coaching skills. Good people management skills.
