Sensata Technologies is looking for a Delivery Specialist who will be located in the MAKE site and is responsible to support the customer service teams in all regions on urgent/critical shipments. The person will also be responsible to facilitate communication between CS and MFG Planning teams
Ideal candidate is someone with a track record of high performance in a customer service role, and who has a “Customer First” mindset. The person must be skilled at using interpersonal skills to negotiate, and resolve issues that impact customer satisfaction. They should prior experience with working in teams, have strong problem solving skills related to customer satisfaction.
Highly responsive to the needs of the global customer service team
Timely in communication regarding orders, issues and inquiries
Team player with willingness to be flexible (work day and evening shifts) to support customers’ needs

Primary responsibilities include:
Provide exceptional support to the customer service teams in all regions by utilizing standard tools/processes to drive customer satisfaction
Provide timely and accurate information regarding order status of critical orders, and urgent inquiries from customer service team
Work with Make Sites and Warehouses to resolve issues before they impact the customer
* Job Requirements (Minimum: Required Skills and Competencies, Education Level / Major Required, Years of Experience, Certifications / Licenses, etc…)
Associates degree in Business related field and/or equivalent 2-3 years Customer Service experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
Experience in interfacing with customers, in a fast moving, high growth, and global company
Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Experience with Order Entry and ERP planning systems (Oracle knowledge a plus)
Skills & Competencies
Understanding of customer needs and ability to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
Team player with, drive and strong communication skills oral and written
Flexibility in other assignments (work day and evening shifts )and able to multi-task
Strong planning and time management skills to satisfy customers
