Sensata Technologies, Inc. Costumer Quality Engineer in Aguascalientes, Mexico

The customer quality engineer is the role to link external and internal of customer quality. Focus on NPD project development, PPAP on time submission, Customer visit hosting and customer quality issue disposal coordination including 8D report submission.

. S. degree or above, majoring in ME, EE or other equivalent ones.

  • At least 3 Years of quality functions, and good knowledge of Quality Systems.

  • Be familiar with quality management and manufacturing processes; also familiar with AIAG manual: APQP, FMEA, MSA, PPAP and SPC preferred. Experience in product engineering is a plus.

  • Be familiar with core quality tools such as SPC/MSA/PFMEA/8D/5Why/Fishbone/Minitab, etc.

  • Certified Quality Systems/TS internal auditor is preferred.

  • Program management experience is preferred.

  • Ability to develop unique, differentiated solutions to complex problems strong problem solving skills.

  • Abundant assembly/function test/customer service experience is preferred.

  • Strong communication skills and history of influencing at all levels of an organization. Negotiation skills.

  • Understanding of Lean Manufacturing.

  • 6 Sigma Green Belt or above is preferred.

  • Customer knowledge is preferred.

  • Good English language ability in reading, writing and speaking.
